1. Measure

This stage begins with a designer initially taking the measurements of the room. This is an ideal opportunity to discuss your "Wish List" if you haven´t already discussed the details at your initial visit to the showroom.

2. Design

Your Designer will take the measurements together with your "Wish List" and create a stunning design tailor made to suit your specification and budget, using our 3d design software.

3. In Store

This visit is scheduled usually at the measuring stage so you can come into the showroom, where we have all the samples and resources set for you to confirm your design and choices. This stage can take a while so we offer refreshments to keep you going while the magic happens! You will be able to see the price change as you add your choices. You are under no obligation to purchase and we do not apply pressure selling tactics.

4. Survey

Upon ordering, our surveyor will contact you to arrange a survey appointment where he will carry out a technical assessment of the plan within the room. Wherever possible he will arrange for your installer to attend so you can meet the installer and discuss any concerns prior to your installation date.

5. Installation

Your surveyor will be in constant contact with your installer ensuring that the project is carried out as discussed. The surveyor will also organise a schedule if required, to plan each trade necessary within the project.

6. Inspection

Each customer will receive either a designer visit after installation, or a customer service call from our team of customer service representatives to ensure you are delighted with your new furniture!
